Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Today I moved into my new apartment in the hot hot sun. I'm doing this post while I'm still at my sister's because I'm not totally sure that I'll have internet access at my new apartment. I'll be working on that tonight. Just wanted to update really quickly!

Lost a little bit more today, yay for me! I'll be honest, I did an apple and cheese day yesterday because I just didn't feel like cooking or preparing anything yesterday. So I just wanted to report my weight today.
Oh, our HCG came in the mail today. So now we have everything! I'm so ready to get started!

Weight: 168.4 (-0.0, -5.2 LDW, -30.2)
Sorry I didn't really update yesterday, I wasn't able to get around my computer, but I was the same weight yesterday :) I don't have a whole lot to report right now since I'm just stabilizing. I wish it was time to be on P2 again. I'm going to be doing a challenge with some fellow Youtube HCGers to lose 25 pounds in 40 days. I'm very excited! If I stay where I am right now and lose 25 pounds on my next round, I'll be at like 145, which would be amazing!

Hello! I'm still doing good stabilizing :) I got a treat at work today. One of my favorite customers just started doing the HCG diet and she has been doing it for 6 days and she's already lost 6 pounds! I'm like a proud mommy! It's awesome to know that I'm influencing peoples' lives too! That's why I like doing the Youtube video.
So the increasing my calories daily seems to be working well. It makes sense now that I think about it, because riding my bike every morning burns 300 calories, plus calories I burn at work too. It's much more healthy now that I'm consuming more. I'm right at about 1500 net calories per day now.
Not much to report, just doing well on the stabilization. I'd still like to lose a few more pounds. The lower I can get before my second round the better. I'd like to definitely get to 150, but if I lose more than that, then I won't be unhappy!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I've been pretty busy this week. I'm trying to take care of a lot of stuff for moving next weekend, and for my vacation in two weeks. I've also been working a lot (more than 10 hours of overtime this week - sheesh!) so that's kept me pretty busy. I had a few days where I went back up into the 170's, which I thought was weird.
I did a little research on Basal Metabolic Rate and calculated mine, then used that number to calculate the number of calories I need to maintain my weight and the number of calories I need to lose weight. Well, it turns out that I was having about 500 calories less than what I should have been having for my number to LOSE weight! My body was probably starving and that's why I was gaining. So yesterday I upped my calorie intake pretty significantly, and this morning had a big loss. It's so interesting to learn about these kinds of things. I don't have much time today because I'll have to get ready for work soon, but I just wanted to update my weight :)

So I'm not totally sure if that is exactly the right weight because I weighed myself, then I drank a bunch of water, then had to go to the bathroom again so I re-weighed myself and according to my after-drinking-water weight before I went to the bathroom and what it was afterwards, I dropped a pound. So I don't know if that's totally legit but I'm going with it. Lol. I had a nice afternoon off. I made a vlog and have been watching Youtube videos mostly. I did go to the grocery store too. It's already past 11, so I'm going to try to go to bed by 12 because I'm going to get up pretty early tomorrow to ride my bike, then get ready for work, and then cook.

Well I'm ecstatic about my weight today. I mean, I haven't been trying to lose weight in P3, but I'm not gonna complain! Today was my last official day of P3. I'm kind of nervous to add back in starches and sugars, but I'm going to do it slooowly, very slowly, so I'll know how things affect my body. I think I'll stick to Flatout tortillas and Sandwich Thins at first, then maybe work my way up to pastas. Not sure yet how I want to take it, because I'd hate to gain back any of the weight that I lost.
So I think at least for this next week I'm just going to stick with the no starches no sugars thing for a little while longer.
Today my mom and I ordered our supplies for our next HCG round. She ordered enough for her to go on another round after the one that we're going to do together. I'm excited to be using Rx HCG this time to see if it is different than using homeopathic drops. We'll see :)
