Hello! I'm still doing good stabilizing :) I got a treat at work today. One of my favorite customers just started doing the HCG diet and she has been doing it for 6 days and she's already lost 6 pounds! I'm like a proud mommy! It's awesome to know that I'm influencing peoples' lives too! That's why I like doing the Youtube video.
So the increasing my calories daily seems to be working well. It makes sense now that I think about it, because riding my bike every morning burns 300 calories, plus calories I burn at work too. It's much more healthy now that I'm consuming more. I'm right at about 1500 net calories per day now.
Not much to report, just doing well on the stabilization. I'd still like to lose a few more pounds. The lower I can get before my second round the better. I'd like to definitely get to 150, but if I lose more than that, then I won't be unhappy!
