Weight: 168.4 (-1.4, -5.2 LDW, -30.2)

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I've been pretty busy this week. I'm trying to take care of a lot of stuff for moving next weekend, and for my vacation in two weeks. I've also been working a lot (more than 10 hours of overtime this week - sheesh!) so that's kept me pretty busy. I had a few days where I went back up into the 170's, which I thought was weird.

I did a little research on Basal Metabolic Rate and calculated mine, then used that number to calculate the number of calories I need to maintain my weight and the number of calories I need to lose weight. Well, it turns out that I was having about 500 calories less than what I should have been having for my number to LOSE weight! My body was probably starving and that's why I was gaining. So yesterday I upped my calorie intake pretty significantly, and this morning had a big loss. It's so interesting to learn about these kinds of things. I don't have much time today because I'll have to get ready for work soon, but I just wanted to update my weight :)
